Objective
Estimate and apply a BTBP (Best Time Best Price) strategy to set the rental price of a property according to its characteristics, geographical area, time of year and demand.
Methodology
- Construction of an algorithm that allows collecting data available on the web from different real state rental platforms.
- Implementation of a platform that allows analyzing the collected data and applying filters to segmented the search (Heat maps by price, demand, time series).
- Statistical model for calculating Maximum Price, Minimum Price, Average Price and Price Trend.

Results
The real state company obtained a platform to manage the prices of its properties based on information obtained in real-time about the market demand.
