Tekne Consuting SRL. has implemented all required processes to the effects of Client Personal Data Protection with the aim of avoiding bad use, alteration, unauthorized access and/or Personal Data theft that was provided from the Client to the Provider. Without prejudice of the above, the client accepts and recognizes that the security measures will be treated by the provider according to the terms of National Law of Personal Data Protection Nº 25326

The Client has the faculty of using the right of accessing personal data without charge on intervals of no less than 6 months, unless there is an established legitimate interest as established by article 14, subsection 3 of Law Nº25326 (Disposition 10/2008, article 1º, B.O 18/09/2008) and ask for the update, rectification or suppression of personal data.
